Bread Improver:
Use for Lighter loaves, longer shelf life and better texture.
Guidance:
White Bread: 1 gram per 100 grams of white flour.
Brown Bread & Crusty Rolls: 2 grams per 100 grams.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Soya Flour, Dextrose, Emulsifier (E472e), Vegetable Oil, Flour Treatment Agent (E300).
Brownie Mix:
